hi guys...

don't have my packet 3 yet but getting ready...

just wanna ask a question... in the DS 230 form...

question # 22 asks for all the employment for the last ten years...do we still need to write the unemployed ones no?

You need to write "unemployed" where it applies, otherwise they will question the gaps in employment.

Went to England on working visa June 2006

Sent off I-129F October 2006 <3 <3 <3

In England until visa expired December 2006

We leave England for a stateside Christmas December 17, 2006

Karl goes back to the UK January 7, 2007

I make a scene at the airport January 7, 2007

I head back to the UK to wait it out with him February 9, 2007

I'm not sure, but my fiance just mailed back the DS-230 and I had him write the unemployed to fill in the gaps. I figured that couldn't hurt, while leaving gaps could. This post will probably be moved over to the foreign embassy forum when a moderator spots it, and I think you'll get good answers there. :)

8/10/08:

8/14/07: AOS transferred to CSC (Day 45)

8/21/07: CSC received/is processing AOS (Day 52)

8/29/07: Welcome notice mailed! (Day 60)

8/31/07: Card production ordered! (Day 62)

9/11/07: Greencard in hand! (Day 73)
