Please help crosscheck my package/list before I send it out

It's been a stressful week trying to put together this package and as a result I am no longer trusting my eyes :). I would really appreciate if anyone could help to go through the list and see if there is anything I am missing.

B. Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

D. Copy of Intending Immigrant ’s Passport (biographical page & visa & entry stamp)

E. Copy of Certified copy of marriage certificate

F. Two passport-type photos of intending immigrant in a plastic bag attached to a sheet of paper

G. Form G-325A completed and signed by intending immigrant

H. I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status, completed and sealed by Civil Surgeon

I. Form I-864, Affidavit of Support and Required Evidence as follows:

a. Copy of Offer Letter from Employer, showing current annual salary of $XX,XXX for US Citizen, the sponsor

b. Photocopies of transcripts of US Citizen’s Federal Tax Returns for 2013, 2012 and 2011

H. Copy of Intending Immigrant ’s Birth Certificate with translation

I. Certified copy of marriage certificate

J. Copy of Electronic I-94 of Intending Immigrant

M. Proof of bona-fine marriage:

do have a cover page for both I-485 and I-130 ?

how did you put the tabs ? or did you ?

July 24 2014 - email notification package received signed J chyba .. ;)

July 30 2014 - Received NOA's by mail

August 11 2014 - Received I-797C (Biometric appointment scheduled for August 22, 2014)

August 12 2014 - Walk-in Biometrics successful (Orlando Office)

August 14 2014 - Requested USCIS hotline to expedite EAD

August 18 2014 - Received email from USCIS to submit pertinent document to support expedite EAD

August 20 2014 - Submitted "Job offer letter" via fax

August 25 2014 - I-765 EAD moved to "Production Status " and will be mailed within 30 days

September 5, 2014 - Advance Parole and EAD combo card received in mail

April 07 , 2015 - USCIS Interview date

April 08,2015 - Received emai " Card production , green card on the way " - I-130 approved .;)

Timeline

I have 1 cover letter for the whole package and seperate content lists for each of the forms. These content lists will be stapled to the cover of the folders

I used tabs at the begining but it just looks too colorful to me so I decided to place each forms along with supporting evidence into folders instead (the folder is similar to the one shown below but mine is very light and easy to open). Total there are 4 folders for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131.

here's a link to a page containing the link to my cover letter for the I-130/I-485 packet. i just did 1 cover letter for the whole packet, and then separated the different form packets with binder clips. when i attended the interview it looked like someone in USCIS put in their own stickies :)

WWWWhhhheeeew!!!! I finally sent my package through express mail this morning and it cost me around 40 dollars .... ;) I know everyone here knows how it feel to just finally sent the package ...

crossing my fingers... - the package is guaranteed to be recieved at the chicago address USCIS by monday ..

I will you posted guys ... and keep on discussing anything under the sun which concerns your journey - you will never know how it benefits even other members who are just lurking around..
