Hello Guys,

how long you it takes to get the AOS interview after receiving the Interview Letter ?
and if you're about to reschedule the interview when you should expect the second date ?

It usually takes anywhere between 20 and 50 days.....There is no set timeline and calling USCIS will do nothing for you, except make you upset.

As far as rescheduling, you have to have a great reason for them to accept you to reschedule, but I would'nt be able to answer how long it would take to get the reschedule. I am guessing at least 30 days approx.

You will get your AOS interview date with your interview letter, typically 30 days from receipt of the letter. If you try reschedule the interview, a lot would depend on the schedule of your interviewing USCIS office. You would have to contact USCIS at the phone number indicated on the interview letter to get more information. It is generally preferred to make the first interview date given to you, otherwise you are at the mercy of their rescheduling.

Since we're about to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary i really want to have the interview after the Beginning of September to be eligible for the 10yrs GC
