Hey has anyone emailed the Embassy in Kingston about their passport hold up or just checking one their case since its been over a month and 3weeks or so. And the Embassy has not replied back. I emailed them two times and they have not responded to any of my emails. Has anyone had or have this experience? FYI Its say to wait 5 days for a respond its been more than 5 days

You cannot call our embassy. JA is notorious for ignoring email. Try a different mail address and email them again.

Phone calls are not accepted at Kingston embassy

only at the emergency desk for death or someone

Keep emailing and make it sound professional as possible...ours was held up over and month and 3 weeks too..finally we emailed them and said that if there is no delay and if you didn't receive a 221g, then what is the delay??? How about they issued my fiances' visa on the 11th of june and then I got an email from them on the 14th of June, saying that his passport is in AP and it had been issued, so they are a little slow and something else I won't say on here.
