How many set of documents to send if I'm filing concurrently?

Hi there,

I finally got a medical exam back and should be ready to send my application to adjust my status by the end of the month. Since I just got married here, I'll file concurrently for all forms including I 130, I 485 and so on.

The question is how many set of documents do I send? Do I send just one of each required doc as a one pacakge, along with one check for total amount or send each required doc with each check for separate I 130 and I 485 form?

Also I'm wonderinf if I can file for I 131 for an advance parole although I don't have any support document to show that I'm in need to travel?

Many thanks!

What visa are you adjusting from?

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

"Si vis amari, ama" - Seneca

No explanation of why you want/need AP is needed when filing the I-131 as an adjustment applicant.

You are filing an I-130 too, so I assume you are not adjusting from a family based visa, correct?

Sorry I didn't include all info. I'm applying based on a immediate family base (marriage) and came here on a tourist visa. Would love to go back home and bring my mom here for the wedding ceremony (we only had a city hall wedding already), but we haven't set the date yet. Supposed it's not a real urgent and I have to wait before I can travel again to set the ceremony date.

Thanks!
