Hi all!!!! Here is what i will send by this week. but we dont have any joint health/life insurance, no baby, no car. We did purchased an apartment last year. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Copy of my Driver License showing current address, but my hubby doesnt have the current one

Tax transcripts- married filing jointly- 2013, 2012. Shall we also include W2?? I see ppl attach W2 on their list.

Joint property - I have the share stock paper with both our names cuz it's a Coop. What else I should provide?

Documents pertaining to home purchase including : taxes, home insurance
Property Appraiser showing property joint ownership

Mortgage statement - Joint Wells Fargo account

Maintenance Statement

Joint checking/saving account CHASE - we didnt use the joint account too much but we put some saving there. And we dont have joint credit card

Utility bills ( Phone bills, Time Warner, Con-Edisson)

Pictures

vacation plan ticket back to China.

Affidavits from 2 friends - Do these need notarized?

Affidavits don't need to be notarized - they are considered secondary/weak evidence. I would include statements at least every quarter from the joint bank accounts, even if you did not use them extensively. W2s are not necessary but you could include them as they show joint residence. Is it a single mortgage statement? You need to include as many as you have. Good luck! :)

05/24/06 - Biometrics letter became viewable online (appt scheduled for 06/07/16) - Day 14

05/27/16 - Received Biometrics letter in mail - Day 17

05/31/16 - Was denied walk-in fingerprints with just 1 person left in line. Milwaukee office, boo! - Day 21

06/07/16 - Biometrics completed in Milwaukee, WI - Day 28

12/21/16 - Passed Citizenship test/Interview was successful! - Day 197

01/26/17 - I am a US citizen!!! - Day 233

It's a joint loan.
