Our attempts in the past to have an "off topic" style thread in P&R were nixed. But I'm hoping with the events that have transpired in the last month or so, in an attempt to be more user friendly, this will be allowed to stay in CEHST. Thank you mods in advance.

So I bought me one of these Delhongi Deep Fryers today. I've never had one before and am looking forward to trying it out. Anyone else use a deep fryer and what do you put in it?

My wife has a Dual Daddy for her spring rolls. I use it for French Fries. She sells them here on the side, best rolls in Illinois!

Chicken is definitely on the list. Wifey and I also want to try fried pickles, mushrooms, french fries and onion rings.

make them using Italian sausage, ground chicken, Italian spices and 2-3 different cheeses....yes, your own twist on Johnny Carino's Sicilian fire sticks.

I think I have deep dryer but never use it.

I prefer to bake chicken wings, french fries, onion rings, sweet potatoes etc.

Healthier (use lesser oil) this way.

And no lingering smell of fried food in the house.
