How many tax returns do I have to send with it or file wit AOS, sometimes I see three and sometimes I see 1 year..Can someone help me with this?

The I-864 instruction only requires that you send the most recent federal tax return. It is optional though for you to include the ones from the 2nd & 3rd most recent tax years.

You're welcome! Btw, if you intend to use a 1040, you have to make sure you don't miss any page or schedule plus a W-2 and/or 1099. Or you can simply use an IRS tax transcript, which you can download online.

Page 6 of the I-864 instructions is a very good read. All the best! :thumbs:

Edit: Don't forget that although the requirement is for you to send only the most recent tax return, you still have to list the total income in the last 3 tax years in Part 6, items 13 a - c.

Just recopy everything from I-134 and submit with I-864. That's what I did, NO RFE.

The I-134 and I-864 are totally different forms. Yes, you don't need to submit an I-134 with your AOS, just a correctly filled-out I-864 plus the supporting documents.
