I-485 & I-765 stucked!!!!!!!

I write this, to see if somebody here has been in the same situation.

My husband came to Puerto Rico on a K1 Visa. We married a month after he arrived. 3 weeks later we sent all the forms and documents for his Status change and work permit. After that they denied me as sponsor. We don't understand since my financial information is the same that allowed me to be his sponsor in the first place. We found a new sponsor. We sent new documents. They package was picked up but we haven't received any confirmation by text, email or USPS. 2 weeks ago, they asked again for our physical address for the form I-765. We sent a letter with the address. They received the letter, and we already have a confirmation and new information when we check the case on uscis.gov

Worst doubt that I have...the 87 days they gave my husband to find a new sponsor, we sent the documents before, but by this time they already passed. We called USCIS but they say we can't call before 60 days after sending the documents. They can't tell us anything!!!

Are they working both form separetly? Are they working with the new information for the I-485 even if they don't send notification they they received it. Or can you guys just give me a some words to be hopefull LOL I NEED IT!! Thank you.
