We filed our I-129F on July 2 and received our text NOA1 on July 9 and hard copy July 14.

It's so weird that we've done a long distance relationship for over 5 years yet this 9-12 months is harder!! It must be because we're relying on someone else to allow us to be together now that we've made up our minds ;)

I sent mine on July 3 and received NOA 1 July 7 (July 9 in mail) and A# changed on July 15

Hey guys!

Some amazing people here http://www.visajourn...y-at-tsc/page-1 wrote a letter for the USCIS talking about the situation at the TSC. Please go see to this link and if you agree, copy, print and send the letter posted on page 12 with all of us! The most we are, the best it is!

we received our case # from NVC this week!!! they've instructed me to apply for the visa in the meantime. we're getting closer to our goal: to be together!

anyone have an idea in detail what will happen next ??

... any updates, good news, new July TSC members etc .... ?

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

... any updates, good news, new July TSC members etc .... ?

I filed K-1 in July and wish the process was faster at TSC, however it is not. My timeline has moved up about three weeks since TSC transferred many cases to CSC. TSC is very slow but all we can do is wait and pray for the best. I wish everyone the best on this journey!!
