Only your petitioner can sign it for you, you will have to ask USCIS what to do since he is deployed and unable to sign. You can't get someone else to sign it on his behalf because that would be fraud.

I got to bring the revised one to the embassy.....and already sent the form to my petitioner..problem is the mailing of the paperwork back to me...im still waiting for the letter from afghanistan...and i think with the snail mail..i will wait a lil longer...and i wish it comes in time for my interview..keeping my fingers crossed.

It's probably going to take atleast month to arrive so looks like you might just get it in time but if not then I'm sure they will be ok with orders and hopefully let you submit it when you receive it. Try to keep your mind off it ok?

P.s thank your son for his service for me. My husband was Navy 6 years and also served in Afghanistan. :)
