They are asking some docs even though we already sent those, and we currently petitioned my kids (my uscis husband step child) and we are just waiting for the interview appt. Anyway can I include that petition approval as supporting docs on my RFE? Would that help to prove our bonafide marriage? Just curious please enlighten me on these matter... tia!

It will help more or less but it is not primary evidence. You need to tell what they want from you.

What docs are they asking from you and what did you already send them in the first place?

They said I submitted insufficient docs bec it was only one tax return w/ no W2 attached, auto insurance and other miscellaneous docs.and we also submitted our military ID's and docs showing that I am his beneficiary, original bank cerificate and credit card too. Edited by Sweetheart75

Then just submit tax transcripts for the last two years. Transcripts can be easily downloaded for free on the IRS website. If you have insurance and other documents that prove co-mingling of finances as well, just submit all those new docs along with your RFE and you'll be just fine.

Thank you happy forever. :-)
