I601 Approved. Need Help!

My mom & I both got our I601 waivers approved after 4 1/2 months of waiting. Hers was approved June 24 & mine on July 2. We received our approval notices but can anyone from experience tell me how long do I have to wait now to receive an instruction letter ????

In my case I received instructions from consulate after one week. If it's more than a week contact your US consulate, tell them that you have the waiver approval.

Usually consulate gets the approval notice electronically on same day or a day after the decision.

Lucky you! It's already been more than a week. I tried calling the consulate in Ciudad Juarez but no luck, the call drops. Which consulate did you call?

I mean which consulate contacted you ?

I called the consulate & just our luck they had already sent our first packet via DHL!!! Thank you so much for the advice Mr Deol!!!!

Just wanted to let u know what's going on with our damn instructions. We were told they were sent out July 11, I have been calling and checking online since. Today I called and was told that since it has been 10 days since it was sent out and there is still no tracking number they would send an email to the consulate requesting the number. I was then told I would need to wait 1-2 weeks for a response to that email!! So frustrating as I keep hearing Mexico is so fast and everybody gets their letters in 2 weeks after approval and here we r nearly a month after and nothing. Hope yours gets to u sooner.

Make sure you're registered with DHL. You should've already received your packet! & make sure ur calling the visa center not immigration for ur tracking number
