Can't get a through to NVC or wait for the consulate to reply to e-mail inquiry...time is passing....

Please answer this question if you are 100% certain of the answer:

Will immigration accept a tax transcripts & w-2s that are faxed from IRS to the tax payer?

Nevermind. I got through to NVC @4:25pm and spoke with "Jo" (woman). She said NVC does accept the faxed transcripts but couldn't speak for the embassies.

Who, when and how is the appointment scheduled? How long after the case is complete message?

How long does it take for the case to be completed once everything is sent to the NVC?
