Hi guys,i just done with my K1 interview last 11 of July and i got approved as stated by CO in just wondering how long to wait for my passport to receive as am getting worried.I check online and it says "ready" your case is open..How long should i wait?Thankyou.

There's no definitive time frame to when you can actually receive your passport back with visa. Some got theirs days after the interview, some 2-3 weeks, and some unlucky ones waited for months. The positive indicators are that they took your passport during the interview and you didn't get a 221g asking for more documents. What you can literally do for now is wait and check for the ceac updates.

Oh thank you,i feel relieved..Yes,they did not ask for anything except for the necessary documents thats why i got worried as they did not even bother to check our proof or relationship.

Same here. I was not asked for those other documents during my interview last year. So nothing for you to worry about.

Congrats on acing your interview, btw! In the meantime, enjoy your time with your family as you await for your visa. :)

Hi guys been waiting my passport with visa for almost 10 days.I checked online but it was updated last july 14 and nothing after,been emailing them too but i think its electronic machine answering my queries.Im worried what should i do now?Please help.thanx

Have you also tried giving them a call too? I received my visa after 3 weeks from interview. So probably given the recent typhoon last week as well with the USEM consular section not being able to operate for a day, it may take a while. It is barely 2 weeks from your interview, so don't panic. But it's definitely worth it giving the IV unit a call. http://manila.usembassy.gov/contact.html
