For my fiancé living in the UK, how would he fill this out? I know he will put his home address that he lives at now, and the month and year he moved in, but what should he put for the ending part, where it wants a month and year he stopped living there, but he is still living there? It won't let him type present, because it only allows for two characters in the first blank for a month, and four characters in the second blank for the year.

Thank you!

He should be able to write present time, I was able to in mine.

If for some strange reason it really does not let him just put two -, one in each box. They will know the top box is where he is living now anyway. So don't worry too much about that.

Or leave it blank. Not important enough to worry over. They understand it is current.
