Having a new job before AOS....

Good Day VJ Friends, I just have a quick question. I hope anyone can reply and help me. Me and my husband is planning to file AOS hopefully by September, but he just got a new job started July 9, 2014. Do you think we will have a problem later when we apply our AOS? I'm just worried.

Another question also, sorry if I ask too much but I just want peace of mind.

We plan to move address before we apply AOS. Do we need to apply for change of address before AOS? Since my address when we applied for k1 visa will be different? Thanks in advance.

Sep- 20- 2014 - AOS sent to Chicago ( delivered sept 22 )

Sep -26- 2014 - USCIS texts/emails received with case number

Sep -30- 2014 - Hard copies of NOA-1 received in the mail

July-11-2015 - Received E-mail & Text saying New Card is Being Produced (AOS)

July-13-2015 - Received E-mail & Text saying Welcome Notice Was Mailed

July-19-2015 - Hard Copy of Welcome Notice received in the mail (AOS Approved)

As long as he can show his new income is greater than 125% of the poverty level then you should not have a problem.

All documents you provide for your AOS can contain the new address. So going forward use your most current address.

So it means I don't need to do anything with regards on change of address even the old address of my k1 was different address by the time of AOS? Thank you very much...
