I hope you mean "loved ones"......

I have been in US for 8 months now. Thinking of visiting my home country by Christmas, but nothing definite yet. I do miss my family and friends a lot, but skype, viber and facetime do help in making me less homesick.

i was thinking to travel in august too, if not it will be in November/December

We're definitely going to take a vacation in August, and we were talking about going to California/Oregon, but we might go back to the UK instead. We're still in the planning stages :) If we use the August vacation to travel to the west coast then we won't be back in the UK until closer to 5 months from POE.

I and my husband were talking to go to Canada , we are living in California, but i can go to my home country instead of the August vacation

We plan on visiting my family in the Philippines July next year, when my grandma celebrates her 80th birthday. It's hard to deal with the homesickness for the first five months (I came to the US August of last year) and I do miss being back "home".

I've been here for whatever my sig says and I'm going home for the first this coming weekend (which won't make much sense if you read this next week).

Going over for second "wedding ceremony" for UK family and friends. Really looking forward to it.

When I left the UK 2 weeks ago I didn't really have many people left in the UK family-wise. My parents are completely against my decision and have not talked to me for over a year. I guess it is just my friends who are still there, and a couple of businesses of mine.

I want to go in November/December once hopefully my AoS or AP comes through.
