step 1. amass 500,000 usd.

step 2. show proof of 500,000 usd

step 3. file for the visa, using step 2.

Hi,

You need $500,000 to invest in a regional center. This is purely an investment with your money at risk.

You need a $1,000,000 to start your own business. Clients are not employees. You need to hire 10 full time employees.

If you don't have $500,000, then you don't have the money to qualify for the EB-5.

How much do you have to invest?

Thanks all, I don't really have such amount and small CPA services firms don't need that much I am only wondering what's the best approach in my case to get the permanent status " green card " and when I said I have a client I mean I am already in the business so I can hire people to work in my firm

Some options depend on your nationality, where are you now?

There is no green card for you to come and set up a business that allows you to live and work on the US.

If it was possible, then anyone with a university degree can come to the US to open an office.

Your surest way here through your CPA background is to be hired by one of the large international accounting firms and then seek a transfer to the US.

EB-5 very specific on the money requirement. Must show money first. If that is not possible for you, then you should rethink your plans to 'open an office' in the USA.

L 1 allows you to open a US office of your existing business in the US.

E2, non immigrant but is for opening a new business.

The L-1 is for an intraoffice transfer of a manager. Unless he is working for a large accounting firm, I don't see how he is going to get a transfer to the US office from the international accounting firm in Jordan.

The EB-2 requires a labor certification and exceptional skills or talent. How is a CPA going to show the US needs another small CPA office? What's is his exceptional standings and qualification as an accountant?
