I've been through CR-1 before and I have several friends from Egypt who have been through it all too, and I soooo know what your talking about the waiting, some days it's so painful!! :clock:

I'm actually getting ready to go through it again with my fiancé, and I'm not sure if it's any easier the 2nd time!! You never get used to being apart and missing someone you love.

Just know the waiting does come to an end and you WILL forget about it as soon as he's here :D

My fiancé is from the Qalubiya area, north of Cairo, is your fiancé from around there?

Yes, I didn't plan to fall in love with an Egyptian man again (no regrets about the first one at all!!), but you love who you love, right?! I'm of MENA background as well, but Egyptians are my favorite people :D I lived in Egypt for a few months the first time and LOVED it, hopefully I'll get to go more often after we are married.

Oh, no problem, I don't mind talking about my first husband, we're still friends and I wouldn't trade our experience for anything. :star:

Hope you guys get the interview very soon and everything goes smoothly!!
