Hi all!

I posted this before, but not sure if it went through, so I will try one more time!

My fiance is getting ready for his medical exam in a few weeks, but we are a little worried because he doesn't really have any medical records. In rural Cambodia, it's not really a common practice, as far as we know.

Has anyone else run into this problem? What can we do?

He had a lung infection two years ago, that they thought might be TB, but upon further testing, determined it was just a really bad case of pneumonia. I'm a little worried they will ask him if he's been seriously sick in the last two years and that they'll freak out about that. He's been utterly and completely healthy since then, but I know they won't care about that if the words "TB" are dropped. He didn't get any records from these tests either, because he was an international student studying in HK at the time.

Do he have recorded of vaccines taking when he was little. Alson I think having a medical exam is too early

Actually, he won't have the exam until the first week in August, but we want to start getting ready. He had medical records before he went to Hong Kong for study, but only records from his checkups before he left.

it doesn't expire for three months, right?

Just to be safe I recommend getting exam at least two week before interview. Also like I said before make sure he gett that letter stating that he single and and any paper need to be current.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

If he doesn't have any immunization records he has to get immunized again he was immunized in the past or not.. There are only two doctors are appointed by US Embassy in Phnom Penh. In addition to required medical tests, he has to get immunized. They charge little extra for that anywhere from $30 to $50 I don't exactly remember. Medical test I think $90. My wife had immunization done when she was baby but no records were available. So she had to get immunized again.
