Hello fellas!

I submitted my CR1 - Visa Petition with the guys from RapidVisa (who do a great job by the way) for my spouse in the Philippines. I was wondering about a few things. My petition is with the Nebraska Service Center.

1.) I have learned that my petition arrived June 30. I have my NOA1 with the receipt number. I am hearing that NOA2 is getting approved faster these days especially for Filipinos? Any truth to this? The time table that Nebraska gives is like 3-5 months but I am seeing and hearing about cases approved earlier...MUCH earlier. Any truths to this?

2.) My wife is concerned that I didn't provide enough supporting evidence with out initial petition. I only provided one picture of us together at our wedding and she said I should of sent more. Is this true as well? For the documents I provided I just showed Our marriage certificate, my life insurance policy that is in her name now (I am US military and use ServiceMembers Group Life Insurance), and certificate of no marriage from her Country, and a receipt from WesternUnion. We didn't have any other financial obligiations to one another.
