Delay at NVC after checklist

hello Vjers,

We were given checklist and have since responded to it, we were asked to give 20 days before getting in touch with NVC. Its been well over 20 days and we havent heard anything. We keep calling and no one seem to be picking up the calls!!!! its really frustrating, any one else in this situation? how else can i contact NVC, we stay so long on phone without response!!!!! Please any advise will be appreciated.
