Hi... I am the beneficiary. I had a criminal case filed against me in 2005 but was later dismissed and i am abt to secure a copy of the court order on the dismissal of said case as i wasnt given one(i was abroad). They issued me warrant but wasnt arrested because i was abroad that time.

My question is: in the form where asked have u ever been charge, arrested or convicted blahblah....should i cliked YES or no?

I appreciate any input or any link similar to my case...thanks!

Removal of Conditions
Filed - April 14, 2011
Biometrics - June 2, 2011 (early)
Approval - November 9, 2011
209 DAY TRIP TO REMOVE CONDITIONS

Citizenship

April 29, 2013 - NOA1 for petition received

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

Yeah and it was dismissed.... Its something abt degrading honor

Will this be any cause of delay or red flag? I was able to get NBI every yr saying no criminal record.

And also, in the DS 160 online sample, the question is if have u ever been convicted or arrested..... I was just charged, issued a warrant of arrest but i was abroad... Then case later was dismissed....

Anyone can help pls?
