Good day!

Just like to hear some thoughts from here. Hope you can share guys...

My fiance (USC) has different signature. His passport he signed with his complete name (with first name, middle name & last name) because the in-charge told him to write/sign his complete name. When we fill-up his petition, I noticed that his signature on his I-129F is different from his passport. On I-129F he signed only his first name and last name.I asked him and he said that it is his original signature and said that it is the same with his ID's and other legal documents except for the passport.I told him in the Philippines it is very strict and required to be the same in all your legal documents or ID's to avoid problems to the process.

So on his petition for me I have doubt's that might be a problem when it reach in the USCIS, when they check my fiance's identification.

But now I'm thinking that every country has different rules and policies...So that's why I like to hear you guys...Any comments will be highly appreciated.

we never had any issues with the signitures and our k1 path got all the way to the embassy, before we changed course. now on the dcf path, that were almost done with, we have had no issues, and i admit that my(usc petitioner) signiture is never the same twice. not an issue, just be consistant on the papers in the process.
