I-864 last name question! please help!!

Ok on the I-864, I am not sure what to do...

on my NOA2 for my wife it says Maria Conroy Saldanha. She has 2 maiden last names....her real maiden name is Maria Conroy Dep Saldanha.

for the I-864 do I put what the I-130 put? or do I put Dep Saldanha for the "last name" She does not care, she'd prefer not to have "DEP" but will it make anything go wrong, if we just continue without one of her last names?? on our marriage certificate it has both her last names, and my last name...PLEASE HELP!!!

What is the name in her passport? That will be what the visa and GC will be issued in. You can change it at the ROC phase in 2 years if it is not what she wants.

Her passport has both her last names, and my last name!

She truly does not care what names are in or out...I am just worried that they will reject it, if they see we "forgot" to put in the "DEP" so on the I-864 and the folowing documents...I should just go with what they put on the NOA2?? They put "Maria Conroy Saldanha" Won't be any problems?.
