I have a sponsor that's willing to sponsor my husband...but I'm not sure of it will work out so can you guys plz try to help and see if it works.....

In 2011 she had 3 dependants but she made enough over 30 thousand

In 2012 & 2013 she had 2 Depandants but didn't make enough I think she made less than 19000

Right now In 2014 she's self employed she makes enough n more...maybe she'll have 2 Depandants on her taxes

Is she good to be a sponsor?

What should we do ...should she get a letter from her boss that she will make that much n enough etc

Please. Be as detailed as possible ....I'm stuck at the sponsorship part n overwhelmed if I knew about this I would not have applied unless I made enough ?

Please help n be detailed and I appreciate it

Thank you

Its been a year since submitting I-130 and were still in two different countries :sleepy:

As she is self employed, she;d need to wait until she has a tax return, and then go by line 22 of the return to prove she makes enough. Since it sounds like she is only recently self employed and making enogh, no she cannot sponsor right now.
