I am just questioning why anyone would even, in passing, suggest that justice would be served by having a sexual criminal killed by a fellow inmate.

I like it when inmates kill a child molester. One less child molester to worry about. People should fear going to prison.

People should also fear hiring illegals. There needs to be consequences and fear for those who enter the US illegally.

There is already a process in place for hiring out of country workers for jobs Americans don't want. Why don't you read my last post and see if makes sense. E-Verify is not an inappropriate solution. Try to twist that into the circle talk.

When it became mandatory here, the big farmers raised hell. Undue burden LOL.. Right it takes all of 4 mins to run a check online

Any able bodied person receiving unemployment or welfare should have to work to receive benefits. It would be great incentive to get a better job and it would do wonders for them mentally and give them a healthy dose of self confidence. A win win situation. But neither party will do that either.

You do know if you are receiving unemployment you have to report your job searches every week. Also unemployment is paid for by payroll taxes . So what kind of work do you propose for all of hose seeking work.

I worked 30 years and never filed an unemployment claim. never I only had 2 jobs. The tax was paid on me the whole time I was working. By god I am going to get my 6 months of 333.00 per week

I think unemployment is not understood by many. It is funded by unemployment insurance paid by employers. Not the general taxppayer

1. You have to have had a job and lost it through no fault of your own to get it. It normally runs for 6 months only, although it can vary by State. You don't get to collect it just cause you ain't working.

2. You can not get unemployment if you quite or got fired for a justifiable cause .

Prison justice isn't "justice", it's an indication that the prison system is fundamentally broken. You take pleasure in the idea of a sex offender being raped or knifed in the showers, I get the reasoning, even if I personally find it sick and twisted.

But what about the guy that happens to who's in jail for much much less? Shouldn't the authorities have some duty of care to prevent people from being victimised while in their care?
