Hi every1

I need help for filing I-864 for F3 please.

I've filed the I-864 and I-864A but NVC just sent a letter requiring more infos.

Here is the situation. The sponsor is filing for: sponsor's son, his wife, his son (over 21 now) and his daughter.

As for income taxes, the sponsor is joint-filed with her husband therefore, I've include his I-864A. However, their incomes are not enough to sponsor their son's family. Should I include the sponsor's spouse I-864A?

Also, should I include the principal's son (over 21 now) in the I864 form?

Thank you

As per I know sponsor files I864. his/her spouse files I864A. If both's income is not enough and third party is involve then they file I864EZ

if third party is adding paper you can ignore I864A

for example your dad is main applicant then he sends I864.

if you joint sponsor you send your form only.

if son (21 and over is listed in AOS then yes you add his name.

you have to make copy of I864 for each person. i.e four copy with it.

I hope this make sense.

Thanks for replying.

I already submitted the petitioner's I-864, her spouse's I-864A and the joint sponsor I-864. However, the NVC asked to correct some tax info and the number of sponsored immigrants on the main petitioner's spouse's I-864A. I guess I should correct the requested infos and resubmit I-864A.

As for the over 21 child, NVC did not list his name anywhere. But he should be eligible for CSPA. So I should not list his name on I-864 or should I?

Thank you

Hi,

Are you sure CSPA applies? How did you do the calculations?
