I observed that the signature is different between Driver's license and the passport.

When i completed my N-400 document, i signed it based on the passport.

Will it be an issue?..rest of the details matches.

The bank employee noticed that my current signature is different then the signature card for the safety deposit box. That is because I signed the thing 30 years ago when my signature was neater. Unless you are like my Father, your signature changes with age. So if the passport is coming up on 10 years ago and the DL is recent then the signature may very well look different. Now if you are talking about actually changing the way you sign official documents, you may get some grief. Do you really think the IO will look at both documents? Which document matches the way you currently sign your name? This is such a minor thing to worry about, so you must be in great shape for your naturalization.

Good luck,

Dave

i don't thnk signatures matter as much in the US. However, in countries like India, banks look at the signatures because i'm guessing due to the amount of fraud that occurs. My dad's been questioned multiple times by bank officials in India when his signatures seemed off (and this had to be a minor difference because he's maintains his signature).
