My wife and I intend to live in New Jersey once she gets her visa. That's what we filled out in the I-130 and DS-260 form. When she comes to the states, does the port of entry has to be New Jersey or she can fly into any state (ex. California, Washington, Texas, etc...)?

Your spouse's POE will be the first place they arrive on American soil, regardless of destination. For instance, if they stop in Chicago before landing in Newark, their POE will be Chicago.

Sort of misread your question. They are free to land anywhere in America.

She can fly to any state.

Agree with the 2 responses above. They asked my wife were she is going when we arrived at a different airport (Los Angeles) we live elsewhere so just respond properly to the question if they ask where you will be living.
