Have EAD/AP... when is the interview?!

Hello friends & fellow VJers,

I Just received my EAD/AP card on Friday, and I know (eventually) the next step is the interview for the Green Card. Is there a way of tracking progress for this online, or do I just have to wait for a letter in the mail stating my appointment? Approximately how long does it take to get interview notice?

You probably won't have an interview. Most K-1s are not interviewed for AOS

Oh really? I thought there was an interview for the green card? So am I understanding that eventually I get the green card w/o an interview? If that's the case, is there some way of tracking the greencard process on the USCIS website?

You may still get an interview. They are backlogged at the moment, so many people are getting interview waivers, or delayed interviews.

Can't tell when you sent off your package, you should update your timeline in your sig, and maybe you can get a better idea of when to expect an interview if it is going to come.

I tried updating my timeline but it wasn't accepting the dates I entered. I sent AOS package in early April (let's say 13th ish)... USCIS says they received it April 21. I got my EAD/AP card on Friday, approximately 2.5 months after the initial submission of AOS package.
