I have been trying to contact NVC , but they are not responding email and phone line is always busy ...

Any idea ???

well email takes weeks and weeks so that's why no response and if they don't have anything yet it may take longer. They usually respond to email in 30 days or so hag in there.

Calling yes it takes tenacity and patience and you just have to keep calling. It';s not a call center with a lot of operators. Best to call when they open or close to closing.

Keep calling. Call at least like 20 times before you give up. Then wait for the next day. If you call and they tell you "it will take a few weeks" then still call the next day or every other day. That is what we did and we found out they had just sent it to the Embassy. Good luck!

Call and keep hitting your redial button. May take 10, 15, 20 times or more. Eventually you will get through and be put on hold. I waited almost an hour on hold, but finally someone answered.

but I never got through to a NVC staff.

They also never replied to my email.

But luckily my I-129F case only stayed in NVC for short period of time.

12-24-2013 USCIS assigns Alien Registration Number

The line is busy. Keep calling but your wife will get a call from the embassy anyway after the Nepalese Embassy recieved it. They are very efficient u less you get a 221 g :)
