Until there is a Republican Majority in the Senate, impeachment will be in vain as the Democrats who opted for impeachment would be ostracized by the controlling wing of the Democrat Party. The Senate must convict and we don't have enough Republicans in the Senate to do it! It...It is all math

Another dodge, another excuse. Just like those you accuse. If Obama is guilty of all of these crimes, he should be impeached. Your party doesn't have the desire to do it, they'd rather complain and do nothing, like you two. Now it's all math? Maybe the Republicans have no balls? According to some here, the GOP is flawless. If a Republican does something bad, they're automatically declassified and rebranded as Democrats. This is why your question won't be answered by those you engage in conversation with. Forget drinking the Kool aid, they've been IV induced and Manchurian Candidate hypnotized to believe that prior to 2009, this place was Heaven on earth starting back in 2001 and ending on Inauguration day. How about a simple bill like this --Those that provide employment to persons of illegal immigration status will have committed a felony punishable by "insert huge fine" up to "insert years" for repeat offenses. No person of illegal status will be provided any govt service except in the event where such refusal could endanger a life.

There no need for a fence or massing troops at the border.

Once the flow is cut to a scant trickle. Figure out a way to deal humanly with those left here.

On the flip side obama and his cohorts are blocking the enforcement of the laws that we do have and openly encouraging illegals to cross. The repubs don't do ####### about it for the same reason they will not propose the law.

Which side is wrong, the side that encourages the law be broken or the side that could stop it and won't for the same reason. Answer-They both suck and it's our fault for voting for either of them.

What can definitely be said about both sides is that they do not have any sound proposals that would limit the influx of undocumented immigrants, one solution to same would be to provide working visas for those who wish to work here in jobs that indigenous population do not wish to do, for whatever reason.

Section 1325 in Title 8 of the United States Code, "Improper entry of alien", provides for a fine, imprisonment, or both for any noncitizen who:^[57]

1. enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration agents, or

2. eludes examination or inspection by immigration agents, or

3. attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact.

and:

"… the President does not have the authority to waive immigration law, nor does he have the authority to create it out of thin air, and he's done both with these Morton memos in this respect," King said.

King added that while the government has prosecutorial discretion, Obama does not have the authority to create classes of people who are exempt from the law through an executive order.

So why not report it like you usually do?
