That chinese cook is working with a green card , Came here the same way everyone else did on this board . If you agree to have all these folks from the south come why should this site even exist...Just open the boarders. After spending some time in China I believe we could have 100 million Chinese here in 6 months if we give them the same green light as our southern neighbors. I have no doubt about that number. I think it is racist by not allowing Asians here... the same way we are allowing Hispanics in.

I have never advocated illegal immigration and my position on that is well known here. I've had arguments with my VJ pals about that. I'm not for open borders. But I'm not against legal immigration due to one's skin color, their religion, what language they speak or where they came from. Can you say the same?

So what is your party doing to stop this flood of illegals? What has your party done to fight illegal immigration for the past decade or two? I don't have a party. Right is right and wrong is wrong. You just want to make it an Obama issue, why not did deeper and get to the real root of the problem? Why deflect? Why blame it all on one source when anyone with an IQ over 10 knows that neither side wants to take a stand due to their own selfish interests. Just admit it, it won't hurt. The Republicans cause the problems as much as the Democrats and it started long before that black dude from Kenya took office.

I have no problem placing blame where it belongs, that's the easy part. But why hasn't the other side done anything about it? What is the Republican solution to the illegal immigrant issue? Where are they fighting to stop it? Where is E-Verify? No fence needed, no jobs, go home. Adults take responsibility for there actions, or at least the ones I associate with in the real world do. I realize that many do not, but these are big boy politicians making a nice salary at my expense while they do nothing. I have never voted a one party ticket in my life. The problem is, the mental midgets here do that all the time. I'll bet if Obama was white the country would be in better condition. I guess some here are hypocrites too.

Because it is easier to feign outrage at the government that to actually do something. They have a captive audience amongst the motley crew that believes the country was in tip top shape up until 2008 and all problems we face today began with the inauguration of the black president.

They say an idiot is born every minute, so that provides the GnOP a constant source of supporters.

What definition of 'from Kenya' are we using here?

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

I agree with almost everything you said. I agree this issue is caused by both parties that have too much skin in the game to do anything about it.

What I don't agree with is.. Obama is the current President. He is the leader of this country, right now today. He has encouraged the problem by some of his poor decisions and he is the one that should be out front trying to stop the flood, not encourage. We are being invaded and it's getting worse. our Commander in Chief needs to act and sending out a message he is going to help the illegals by bypassing congress is not helping.

Yes Carter , Reagen, Bush "both of them" Clinton did not address the issue properly. However they are not the commander in Chief right now, so giving Obama a free pass because of them really does not help.

Insulting anyone that does not agree with Obama and calling them idiots may make you feel better, but it hardly helps. No one is saying this problem has not been brewing a long time, but it has become epidemic lately.

So who in your opinion needs to step up and show some leadership to stop it, if not the President ? All he has done to this point is encourage it !

If you passed a law that the best an undocumented democrat could do is become a green card holder ,,, never get citizenship the border would be closed in a month if not sooner, Just make it a felony to enter without a visa. Felony = no vote ever. The anti gunners in NY and what Conn passed a law.... anyone owns more than a 10 round magazine is a felony ... If you can pass it for this you can pass it on this immigration issue overnight.

I'm not giving Obama a free pass. I'm asking someone here who obviously thinks that the color of Obama's skin is the major factor in his Presidency. Me, I wouldn't think he was a good President if he was white and a Republican, which is what a few here would think. And just because Bush did it does not make it ok today. Two wrongs don't make a right. But there are a few here who seem to think that one party has all the answers, and that goes for both sides.

And as I've asked repeatedly, since at least two users in this thread think that all the problem lies with the Democrats, why doesn't the Republican House impeach Obama? Why don't they support E-Verify and fining American business owners who knowingly hire illegals. Funny how that one gets ignored by the ones who blame it all on the Democrats. Hypocrites.

There you go with more of your ignorant nonsense, what about the undocumented Republicans? What about your dearly beloved party who does nothing to make this happen? You always dodge it, don't you? Why am I not surprised.

The outrage is directed at Washington. The current administration is the one failing to enforce the law of the land, so they are taking the brunt of the disapproval. Such is the way of Washington.

Trying to lay blame at the feet of Republicans for inaction is of comedy value only and ignores the reality of today's political landscape. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence should recognise that even if the Republican majority in the House of Representatives were to take action, the Democrat majority in the Senate would block it in a heartbeat and vice versa. So playing partisan politics here is disingenuous at best and dishonest at worst.

Besides, back in 2007, it was the BushBaby administration trying immigration reform. We all know how that went down. The weight of public opinion ensured that misplaced piece of legislation never went anywhere. And it was his administration that caught flak for it. Not the House, or the Senate. The Bush administration.

I agree. Laying blame on the Republicans alone would be as asinine as placing blame on the Democrats. That is the very reason I lay blame on the American people, who keep voting these people into office.

Where we disagree is that I don't give the Republicans a pass for doing nothing. If as you say, they believe there is nothing that can be done, they should not have run for office. In fact, they disprove you, considering the many times they wasted their time and my money trying to vote down the ACA. If your rationale were correct they would have not tried to undo a law that had the support of the American people, knowing full well it their petty retribution would not be vindicated.

What is even more surprising is that you will find some who defend the GOP for doing less than nothing. Unable and unwilling to govern they rely on partisan rhetoric to justify their useless existence.

Nice job if you can get it!

Yes the Pubs are just as much to blame. There should be one voice in DC right now. Stop the invasion, then do reform. Oddly nobody wants to talk about it . My rich former Repub boss who had a ####### C fundraiser at his house, told me point blank to try and hire as many Mexicans as possible.

Anyway I don't blame only the Dems and not sure anyone else blames only them.

However Obama is president and he is encouraging it not helping to stop it. Fact

As to Obama's skin color ??? What does that have to do with anything? You do have a few in here that don't like him for that reason and just as many on the other side that defend anything he does because of it

We don't agree a lot but dude you nailed that one .

The repubs should be out front demanding a Bill to stop the flow, then agreeing once it's stopped to fix the problem with those here long term.

Obama is encouraging it and the Pubs are doing ZERO. I bet if someone drew up a bill to levy huge fines and possible jail time on those that hired them, the Pubs would piss their pants
