Applying for I-130 I-485 and I-765

Please help me here as I am applying for all these 3 for my spouse who is in the U.S, Thank you in advance!

We live in San Francisco CA, Is this the address where we should send ALL these 3 forms?

There is a question on from I-130 stating:

22. Complete the information below of your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status.

Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in: city? State?

Can we use San Fracisco as City and California as state?

You should use "San Francisco" (not "San Fracisco") and "California" for the I-130, Q.22 (left side).

Sorry to bother again . Since we are applying all 3 together we only pay that one fee for bio correct? and there is no fee for from I-765, I mean the total for all 3 will cost $1070 for AOS and $420 for I-130 total of $1,490?
