Need some advice on evidence presentation

Hello all, so i am planing to take alot of pictures, and money receipts to the interview... the thing is it's ALOT of lose papers and photos, so what i was thinking was of making a type of publisher document that will have 2 pics per page with a brief description of who is in the photo, and where the photo is taken, i estimated it will come up to about 60 pages (these pages will include all my trips until now). Also i would like to do the same thing for the receipts i was thinking of scanning them, and fit as many as i can to one page.. This will make things look alot more nicer and organized when asked to show them

now here's my real question, will consulates say that these proofs cannot be accepted like that, for example they will say like "the pictures have to be in photo paper on a regular photo size", or "we cannot accept these proofs because for all we know you altered them in some sort of way".. would really appreciate your responses, i would really much rather do it this way if possible =/

I printed like 3 pages with 3 photos per page in those photo paper, and printed them in my printer.

When I had my interview at the new consulate last jun 23/14, I saw lots of people struggling to fit their photo albums through the small opening of the window for the CO to see...imagine the CO's face waiting to see the photos.

I brought all my evidence and the photos in an accordion folder, and when i showed her the photos, they were easy to take out and slide in the window opening, like 3 seconds! The CO saw all the pages/photos, and was satisfied, with the presentation and the amount of photos.. Oh and the photos were taken the day before the interview lol

So you`re saying that that would be the best idea?? I mean i am gonna take regular photos but maybe like 15-20. I just wantes to do this to make my life, and the COs life easier

I'm not saying it would be the best idea, I'm just saying that it worked for me during my interview.....and I read here in VJ somewhere that someone did the same and their CO was satisfied as well...so I decided to try it......I have a hp deskjet printer, bought photo paper in a place like Staples in the US, printed a test photo and wow, perfect!...then I printed the rest. It made my life easier for sure.

Why? because my fiance and I didn't have enough photos of us together to start with, just a couple of selfies that we took from my last trip in November 2013, so no more photos of us until my fiance's visit for the interview. My fiance arrived on a saturday, I took photos from that day at lunch with my family and then at a restaurant at the beach on sunday. I knew that I would not be able to print them in a proper photo store on a sunday having the interview the next monday, so I took my chances, and it worked.

Just make sure that whatever you bring, fits in the CO's window opening.

:)

lol i sent copies of my passport's entry stamps, a couple of emails, those selfies, western union, copies of all my plane tickets, and like 200 pages of whatsapp ....and we thought we were going to have the RFE and we did not.

But why taking more copies of the same photos they already have? wouldn't be better more recent photos to support your ongoing relationship? , just asking :)

sorry about double post, but hey did they still ask to see pictures, and evidence, also where the questions more common or where there still questions that were asked sort of private?

sorry about double post, but hey did they still ask to see pictures, and evidence, also where the questions more common or where there still questions that were asked sort of private?

This I posted in another thread:

These were the questions..first general questions for both of us that we answered at the same: Been married or divorced, any kids.

Me:

. How we met

.What's my fiance's job is

. What's my job, and If work for someone else or if I have my own practice

.How long i was in the military (since I presented those records)

.Since when I had a tourist visa

. If I have family in the US and If I was petitioned before

.What was the longest time I spent the US

.If I had any other relationships in the US before and here is where I said "oh do you mean like hook ups? does that even counts??...*then, slowly I looked at my fiance and said* did I actually said that to the CO?? ..Fiance: yes ....you did....*very serious*"......yes...I did answer that....

Fiance:

.If visited before (said once 2 years ago, to meet in person, but I was the one visiting twice a year because of my fiance's job)

.When did my fiance arrived (the saturday before) and when my fiance leaves, and what my fiance and I have been doing since saturday ...my fiance said met my mother and sister in person, before was via skype, then had lunch with the family in boca marina and then we are going to samana, and before leaving we are attending my nephew's baptism and meet the rest of the family....here I said "And I have photos too, would you like to see?" The CO said sure, and she looked satisfied and returned all the photos from before as well. From this point on, it was a done deal, we could tell.

The last question was for both of us, "what are the wedding plans?" and my fiance answered that we are still have to decide where to have the wedding, between California or NYC, so my mother could go, the CO asked if my mother would need a visa for the event, and I said no, she is a visa holder already.

Remember, this was for a K1 visa. The CO was really nice and didn't give us a hard time. I don't know what kind of questions they would be asking for for your type of visa. She did not ask for any evidence, did not ask for any of the I134 form support evidence, but I did tell her that I have photos from the days before of the interview, I don't know if it was a good move or not, but it worked fine with us. I know other had more specific questions than we did.
