Should I refile?

Sent my K-1 Package on Jun 4th. No text/e-mail or hard copy yet. Should I refile?

If I do refile, thinking about doing the CR1 instead. Anyone have issues crossing the border while CR1 is in process? K1?

Why would you re-file? You just have to be patient until you get your NOA1, I'm sure they'll e-mail you any day now.

Make sure to have evidence with you if you plan to travel to the US while a visa is pending. A lot of people travel back and forth but customs may ask a few extra questions. I'd suggest bringing a copy of your NOA1 and anything that shows you have ties to your home country -that goes for any type of visa while it's pending.

June 4th? If so, it has been over a month and you should call USCIS and get a Tier 2 person and have them look up your file.

You should not refile.

Did you check the bank for the check to be cashed? They do it as an electronic debit.

Call USCIS tier 2 and ask them if they can find you papers at all - they lost our petition and for two months tier 1 were telling us they have it, working on it, before addmitting the fact. We got our NOA-1 almost in a month on second filing, but if your check hasn't been cashed I would say good chances are they do lost it on arrival. Good luck.
