Part of the problem, from reading about Sweden, is that if a guy is reported for non-consensual sex with his wife or GF, it's reported as an actual rape case. In addition, if said wife says he did it 100 times in a year, that's 100 more cases, not just one.

Kind of silly, but as there is no standard for reporting, you get whatever SWAGs any particular country cares to throw out there.

But that conclusion isn't a snap judgement - there were studies, and it spanned many decades. It's a logical outcome. Not a snap judgement.
