I-601 is a waiver for inadmissibility to the US? You do not need to file this if you have already been granted admission and successfully entered.

You just need to file the I-485.

Thanks! But now Im confused because I've done this package the I-130 and the I-485? Do i do both for K1 visa now married or just I-485? http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

This is the wrong guide. Do the things on the guide linked above. No I-130 for you.
