Hi Everyone!

We sent our docs end of June (26th) and got our NOA1 on the 2nd of July.... and we are still waiting for NOA2 . On the 8th of July our Alien Registration Number was changed, so our hopes and expectations were really high, but now we are starting to think that California Service Center went on mass vacations.. :)

My fiancée Emilia and I met in October 2009 in Wrocław, Poland while I was doing “study abroad” after graduating High School in California. We started dating in the beginning of December 2009. In September of 2010, I went back to Poland to start a full time study program at the University of Arts in Poznań. I decided to study in Poland because I wanted to be close to Emilia. In October of 2012, Emilia decided to move to Poznań to live with me.

June 26, 2014: I-129f sent to Dallas Lockbox

July 02, 2014: NOA-1 received

July 08, 2014: Notice on USCIS site that Alien Registration number had been changed

October 01, 2014: NOA-2 received

October 27, 2014: Case Left NVC

November 03, 2014: Consulate Received Case and Changed Status to Ready

November 07, 2014: Fiance Appointment Eligibility Letter Received

December 01, 2014: Medical

January 07, 2015: K1 Visa Interview: APPROVED!!!!!

January 12, 2015: Visa in hand

March 16, 2015: POE San Francisco

May 2, 2015: WEDDING!!!

June 1, 2015: AOS, EAD, AP sent

June 4, 2015: NOA1

July 2, 2015: Biometrics

July 9, 2015: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

August 7, 2015: EAD Card is being produced

August 7, 2015: Advance Parole approved

November 10, 2015: GC Interview

August 31, 2017: I-751 Filled

September 5, 2017: NOA

September 26, 2017: Biometrics

Sounds like California Service Center is experiencing some delays the last few weeks....ugh! I was reading on the June 2014 filers thread and there are a lot of June filers that still have not received their NOA2! I know it is still faster than Texas but now it looks like it is a 60-70 day wait between NOA1 and NOA2 compared to the 30 day wait earlier in the summer. This of course does NOT include cases expedited like Phillipines and now Ukraine.....

Feeling down because I let myself get excited about a possible November timeline now I am thinking we might not even get visa by Christmas! I know I am lucky to be at CSC so please no angry responses from TSC filers.....thanks :-)

I just noticed that the estimate on my timeline got further away, not closer.

We all just want to be done and have our fiancé here. :cry:

Sounds like California Service Center is experiencing some delays the last few weeks....ugh! I heard they started transferring some TSC cases to CSC so that may slow our times down a bit. :(

Not thrilled about that..but I understand the TSC people have been waiting alot longer.

The majority of Phiipine cases are expedited due to the tsunami last year! Many are processed within a few weeks and visas within two months.

Thanks for the info. Being someone who was not affected by the tsunami does that mean my case will be expedited too?

No guarantees but there is a good chance it will. Many that were not affected have been expedited regardless but to play it safe, I would plan on normal processing time and treat an expedite as a pleasant surprise if it happens.

Hey guys, curious, I've noticed a lot of people receving their ARN change but we haven't received anything but the NOA 1 , is this normal? can anyone explain why? Have yall received your ARN's ?

Received MNL# tonight ! The guy said it was actually assigned yesterday....the one day I skipped from calling..lol

Now for the Medical and Interview! Yay!

7-08-2014: Received email confirmation & text of application packet receipt and case #. Texas Service Center.

7-11-2014: Received actual letter confirmation of receipt and case #.

7-11-2014: Received email notification of Alien registration # being changed.

7-31-2014: Received text/email of I129F approval (Post Decision Activity) yes, we were processed at TSC!

8-04-2014: Received hard copy NOA2 in mail confirming approved and sent to NVC.

8-05-2014: Received text/email and USCIS status update. 2nd half of Post Decision Activity - Sent to DOS for processing.

8-13-2014: NVC assigned case/MNL# !!!

8-15 -2014: Interview scheduled.....August 28!

8-15 -2014: CEAC status: IN TRANSIT to Consular Section.

8-18-2014: CEAC status changed to "READY"

8-18-2014: Shots completed 2nd day. Medical complete. received a CD, papers, and passport

8-19-2014: Completed CFO seminar (Will return to CFO office to get sticker after Visa is in hand)

8-25-2014: Received hard copy of NVC case # assignment and fwd to consulate letter in mail.

8-28-2014: 1:00 am my time...........Interview done.........APPROVED !!! :dancing:(L):wow::wub::thumbs:

9-02-2014: Administrative Processing

9-04-2014: Issued

9-07-2014: Text msg from 2GO, Visa ready for pickup

9-08-2014: Visa in hand, CFO sticker obtained

12-27-2014: Received NOA1 / I-797C in mail for all three applications.

01-07-2014: Biometrics completed in Fort Smith, AR. .. went in early, they took us no problem. Took maybe 10 minutes.

02-10-2015: Received text and emails notification of approved EAD and AP. Status changed to reflect approval.

02-17-2-15: Received NOA I-797 letter only.....for Advanced Parole in mail.

02-21-2015: Received EAD/AP combo card in mail today.

03-19-2015: Received the "Notice of Potential Interview Case" letter in mail today.

06-03-2015: Requested to expedite due to potential loss of funds if vacation had to be cancelled due to non acceptable travel docs to Mexico.

06-05-205: Response denying expedite. Stated while sounded important, only cases strictly adhering to the "qualification" to expedite are granted such process.

08-11-2015: Sent "out of processing time" inquiry

08-12-2015: Received generic response stating that due to workload factors USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case."

08-15-2015: (Saturday@8am) received email stating a recent processing action has taken place on our case. Status:Card/Document Production

"We ordered your new card for MSCxxxxxxxx, and will mail it. You can expect your card within 30 days of approval of your application.

8-12-2015: Online status changed to "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED" . Couple days later, received hard copy of notice.

8-31-2015: Received text notifying that "We mailed your new card"

9-01-2015: Received GREEN CARD!! 275 days from date of mailing/filing AOS.

Hey guys, curious, I've noticed a lot of people receving their ARN change but we haven't received anything but the NOA 1 , is this normal? can anyone explain why? Have yall received your ARN's ?

Our NOA1 was received on 7/29/14. The next day I got a text saying they changed the ARN but I never received anything in the mail stating what that number is. Is it the same as our receipt #?

So I actually never received a text or any notice of the ARN number being changed. I learned it when I first checked my case status on the USCIS site.

7/17/2014: I-129F sent to Lewisville, TX via USPS express mail

7/18/2014: I-129F delivery confirmation on USPS website

7/23/2014: Bank account shows deposit of filing fee

7/23/2014: USCIS text message and email confirmation of routing to CSC

7/24/2014: Alien Reg # Changed

7/29/2014: Hardcopy NOA1 received

10/16/2014: RFE Text received

10/23/2014: RFE Reply sent

10/27/2014: RFE Reply received

11/5/2014: NOA2 received via text and email

11/24/2014: NVC Case # created :thumbs:
