Calm down guys their is a lot of us haven't got NOA2 from June filers, I know it is very frustrating their also nothing we can do beside waiting good thing to happen.

If you are being processed at CSC and you are a June filer without an NOA2 something is definitely wrong! I would try and contact someone.....your file should have been processed a long time ago! The Texas center may still be processing June cases but California is processing September cases!

The lady I spoke to said even though they're showing that CSC is processing September cases, we "can't really file an inquiry" until the 5 months has passed. I may try getting our congressman/senators involved. At this point I will try anything.

I am at wit's end. I just saw that someone who filed in NOVEMBER has been approved in 20 days!!! While I'm happy for this incredibly lucky couple, how can this all be so random?! My heart is breaking for everyone who has been waiting for this approval process to get us one step closer to being with our loved ones. There truly seems to be no rhyme nor reason as to who gets approved quickly vs those of us whose files must be stuck on some desk in an office somewhere. Ugh. Just needed to vent.

I know I feel so bad for you!! There really is no logic to it and it seems as though someone laid ur file somewhere and it's been forgotten! So frustrating to see all the approvals yet not be able to join in the excitement. ?. I truly hope someone at CSC gets their act together and locates ur file! It really isn't fair or right. I'll continue to pray for you.

This is exactly why my blood boils when I see anyone respond to frustrated vents like this with "We are all in this together." No. We are not. Some of us, yes. But certainly not all.

We are a week behind you and still waiting too, and we can relate to how you are feeling.

I also get annoyed with the patience lectures. They're usually from people who refusento acknowledge or understand my situation.

We are being patient. We have to be. But patience doesn't have to be exclusive of frustration.

I can't stand it when they tell people to "just chill or chill out". No I'm upset. This system is screwed up and I can be angry if I want to be!

Yes, and as I said in another thread, we're also being told how someone else's problem is worse than ours.

This site is just ridiculous sometimes, as helpful as it is. Without finding some people in the same situation, I might have cracked by now. But there are some people whom I would love to have the opportunity to punch in the throat.

LOL. I love your personality! We'd get along great!! There's a couple people on my ignore list.

But we're like family. Sometimes annoy the ####### out of each other but always there to help when u really need it!

So I know some people check out all the profiles on Igor's list ... at present TSC for August shows around 25% and more for September... these must be either Philippines or CSC's or have listed themselves as TSC. Is that correct? Are any of them 'normal' August/September TSC filers?

(and yea I hate all the "we're all in this together" cheer leading team too. I check in every day but don't read most of it anymore).

Anyway.. thinking of us all that have just simply had enough of this part of the journey.... (F) (not much else I can say)

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Hey Everybody! Guess what I got in the mail today....almost FIVE MONTHS LATER? A freaking RFE. It apparently took FIVE MONTHS for someone to even OPEN our file, only to discover all that bouncing around from desk to desk (or whatever the heck they do with our files) must have dislodged our passport pictures. Seriously? ARGH!!!!

At least it is SOMETHING, though. Still frustrates me beyond belief. I made sure those things were very securely attached when I sent them. So nice to know they care so much about the hours and hours and hours of work we all put into creating our packets that they lose one of the most important parts!

Wheeeeee. It will be interesting to see how long it takes from here on out. Makes me want to take a road trip out to California and hand them to whatever person has our file!!

Thanks for everyone's moral support on this journey. Don't know what I'd do without those of you who have sent such kind/supportive posts and private emails.

Hey that is great news... you have a positive line to follow now.... makes you wonder what happens to all the missing stuff and we have had our share of that.

I can imagine its tempting to deliver them in person just to see who these people are but I'm sure they are safely guarded...haha..
