According to Igor's list they're working on July 28,2014 cases. This means that Since our NOA1 was accepted on August 8 we have 1-2 weeks to wait right?

hello my fellow july-ster!

i don't believe that list is entirely accurate. (as has been said many times over by other posters) which is sad, i'd love an accurate way to track progress even if it takes the full 5 months. (not knowing when things could happen is the hardest part for me.)

our NOA1 date is July 18th, we have received neither a REF nor NOA2 and the list is showing that their processing petitions with a NOA1 date nearly 10 days later than ours. Of course our case could be the exception.

personally haven't found the lists / timelines to be accurate or even helpful, genuinely. only nerve wracking. (but i still check regularly) ^_~

well, at this point we're nearly half way through the five months, here's hoping that none of us will have to wait that long but at this point only time will tell. keep hope alive!

If you go to Igors list and change the filter to show all (approved and unapproved) click submit and scroll down it shows the NOA1 dates and NOA2 getting approved. There has been a couple around july 18th approved. But it looks like there are really just getting into July cases.

About three weeks from what one thinks when they see 28 July as the date being worked on.

good news here...looks like July 2014 are getting some attention at USCIS. Although I haven't receive my NOA2 yet, things are looking good now.

Yes this is great news. I filed in july but got my notice aug 6. I too am getting excited by the recent progress

Well todays results are still pending, but a quick look at Igor's list and approximately 75%-80% of CSC June registered users have reported an NOA2 and about 20% of CSC Julyster's have now reported an NOA2, this week has been especially very good to CSC Julyster's.

lets pray it keeps going that way,

I hope it keeps going down that way, my filing is only five days into August and hoping to get mixed into a July batch of approvals.

Me too. Really curious where we are at as far as August NOA1s are (although I know that we're in a July thread lol)

Only three from Aug. have reported an NOA2. Go On Igors list change filter to approved only click submit and scroll down.

People want to talk about special treatment those three definitely got preferential treatment. : (

Well we applied in July, so in spirit i am a july filer even if my records say august. Lol

I just pray after the wait we do not get an RFE or RFI.
