I did my POE a month ago.

I think the questions get very consulate-specific. For instance, I interviewed in Vancouver, Canada, and the guy asked me two questions: how did you meet and how did he propose.

I've seen people from other countries get totally grilled, though.

Swinging by to say we already have an interview date for March 31st,2015. I don't really know the details of when the packet left the NVC or what...but it took exactly a whole month from the date it was sent to the Department of State to when we received the email on 2/23/15 with the embassy case number. We are so happy and I hope you guys have the same luck throughout the process, hang in there..xoxoxo

Hey Everyone!

So happy to read so many happy posts. We FINALLY got our NOA2 on March 3 after they lost our passport photos. I cannot wait for the rest of this process to move forward (hopefully). Our case is headed to Vancouver, so I'm curious how long this next phase takes. Any and all suggestions/comments will be appreciated! He's working on getting his police certificate (not sure how long that's going to take), but we're both curious how long it will take to get the next round of paperwork and schedule the medical and interview. Super excited, but trying not to get my hopes up too high after all the mess we've been through so far.

Fingers and toes crossed!

Hang in there, too! Prayers and positive thoughts heading your way. I had to step away from VJ for awhile because we were getting so frustrated, so I'm feeling out of the loop with how most of our July filers are doing. Hoping you get fabulous news in April!!!!
