Still waiting for NOA2, received NOA1 on the 17th of July. I guess it should be coming shortly?? When do I follow up with USCIS?

Very frustrating....

5 months seems to be the magical timeframe. After that you can start grilling them for progress.

Before that they'll likely tell you to wait.

You might want to check on the July filers TSC board because they are moving slower than CSC.....dont think Texas has even started with June filers yet! Hang in there.....best of luck!

Great news! I woke up this morning to see an email from the US Embassy in Stockholm with the IV instructions and checklist for my fiance. For those of you who said previously that after the NOA2 things go quickly, you were very right in this case. For those of you still waiting, I wish you a speedier process as well.

Received request for more information. I felt my petition was more than complete. I've waited too long already . They couldn't tell me the information they want over the phone. I must wait for the letter to arrive then submit that before my petition will continue being processed. Depending on the information, I may cancel my request and go back to Indonesia. I can no longer wait to be with her and will not play their game. This is a serious matter to me.

Don't worry, it could well be something very minor! On the bright side someone somewhere has at least taken a look at your petition!

You're on your way to approval.

Will look into it thanks! Although I am certain that there have been notices issued at Texas to individuals on this forum that have filed after me. I guess this is not a science...
