My fiance and I were excited to see that his ARN # was changed on July 19.. until we realized it means absolutely nothing other than they create an A-file for him. Now, we wait while our I-129F sits.. and sits... and sits... and grows old enough to claim it's own Social Security benefits at TSC... I wonder if they will reject us for our petition being a "charge of the state" if it has to start claiming SSI :(

Hello, fellow Julysters! We FedExed our I-129F package to Texas on July 15. FedEx told us it would arrive July 21 but our tracking number revealed it actually got there on July 18!

That's the day we officially got engaged, too. Here's my story about the day if you're interested (I'm a writer): http://ourgreatescape.ca/2014/07/a-most-perfect-escape/

We received our text message yesterday and (HAPPILY!) we've been routed to California. That could mean we'll be able to have a Christmas wedding (er ... trip to the courthouse).

My current stress is getting an RFE and getting all the paperwork together for the next steps.

Good luck to everyone!

We mailed our I-129F on the 18th, and it was confirmed delivered by USPS on the 21st. Still no text or otherwise notification.

If you used a personal check for the payment, you can check your bank account to see if things are moving along.

Hey there, looking forward to reading your story soon. By the way, being in Spokane you should actually be routed to the CSC (Calif. Serv. Ctr), rather than the Texas Serv Ctr, which is good news. Can you update your timeline to make sure Igor's list is accurate? Thank you!

I will update the timeline when my fiance receives the official NOA-1 in the mail. As mentioned, we have received only the text message indicating re-routing to CSC.

We used a money order and as of earlier today it had not yet been cashed. I know the wait for NOA2 will be so much longer, but for now it would just be nice to have an acknowledgement of receipt from them. Hopefully we'll hear something this week. :)

Just received a text and email notification with receipt number and confirmation that we are routed to CSC! Maybe now I can relax a little....haha!

Hope those who are waiting receive their NOA1 soon, it relieves a little stress.
