On the AOS it askes about your last 3 taxes.

I've worked 2013, 2012, but not 2011,. I was unemployed for 2011 taxes.

What should I put in for that?

I am sure there are people who are more experts at the I-864 than I am. But I am pretty sure in the instructions for the form it says if you were not required to file taxes in any of the last three years, you have to include a letter explaining that and providing proof. Check out 19: Federal Income Tax Information in the instructions for the I-864. Good luck!
