Hello

So my TB skin test was not administered at civil surgeon's place because I have got written documentation of positive reaction , which is something I got from walk in clinic,

Now I am afraid that USICS won't accept my TB skin test results from walk in clinic.

About TB skin test part on I 693 form, the civil surgeon noted as follows

NO 1 - TB skin test not administered ( see attach )
date TST applies - 01/ 15/ 14 and date read 01/ 18 /14 size of reaction 12mm ( they are the result I got from clinic )

NO 3 chest X ray required due to initial TB screening

No 4 chest X ray taken date 03/11/14 and read date 03/13/14

No Class A class B Tb

Remarks - pt received ppd skin test at family medical walk in clinic and pt was positive , received chest Xray , negative

They attached the written documentation paper of my TB skin test result I got from walk in clinic.

So my question is TB skin test supposed to be performed only at civil surgeon's place or can it be done somewhere else ?

I already got medical sealed envelope from civil surgeon but not getting TB skin test done at civil surgeon's place is making me worried and I am trying to decide should I go with another civil surgeon and get medical exam done again or not.

Does anybody have experience like that before ? Does anybody get TB skin test done at somewhere else or have written documentation proof of positive reaction so CS performed only chest X ray ?

Yes, I got a TB blood test somewhere else. Came out negative, I brought the paper form that to the Civil Surgeon, they accepted it and put that on my form. Listen to Harpa, for she is wise and helpful ;)
