Petitioning for my mom in Jamaica

On February 28th,2014,I130 and all necessary paperwork was delivered to USCIS. I am a US citizen, my mom lives in Jamaica and I want to get her here. Today, I checked the case and this is the current status "On July 9, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Has anyone filing the I130, received this as the status update. How long after was your case approved ?

Yes, as of this week sevearl petitions have been transfered to different offices to assit in bringing the backlogged work current.

didn't they notify you by text or email? if no, go back to uscis site and activate text and email notification.
