Hey guys im in the final phase of my files. I have completed all of them but just a question about size of my copies:

I did copied my and my wife`s passport but in order to make them look nice i just cut the A4 (Letter size) papers into smaller papers. I just wonder would it be any kind of problem?

Thanks

Why would you do that? We don't have A4 paper in the US, so what size did you cut it to?

It is letter size in US i think. It was half of the page empty thats why i cut the empty part in order to make it look nicer...

Uh, okay.

Don't worry about making your packet look nice. Little scraps of paper are harder to keep track of then full sheets, machine cut to be uniform.

I am not sure if it would be a problem, but I would redo them and leave them on a full size sheet. They do need to put these papers in a file, hole punch them, etc.

One more last question. How did you pack all ur files? I mean i dont want to use difficult version for USCIS officers. I mean what kind of folders, what kind of holders/clips etc. you used?

If you have the photo of those that would be AWESOME :D So i can look up and collect mines like the same way...

Just in case

A4 and Letter Size are ever so slightly different in size. Don't ask me exactly how. I just remember printing half of mine in the UK (on A4 paper) - then having to do it all again in the US on Letter size, as Im a little OCD.

So yeah, just in case - there os a sight difference in case that matters to any body.

When it comes to A4, you know what the OP means....

Anyway, OP: I do agree with Harpa, no need to cut them to passport sizes, but honestly, I don't think it'll be an issue...it will just makes them pause...:) By the way, I love how you took a picture of your paper piles....once you're approved you might want to frame these photos. :)

Why would you do that? We don't have A4 paper in the US, so what size did you cut it to?

You are welcome :goofy: I worked endless hours for 5 straight weeks putting it together, that was after spending a month reading and researching. At the end my husband checked everything and made a few corrections, I was so overwhelmed my head was ready to explode. I was very proud at the end and sent it on its way with a blessing. Now we are waiting for EAD and/or interview letter, whatever comes first.

Good luck in sending your package :D
